The Connoisseur Offset has a classic design with a contemporary twist to create an elegant and stylish window handle for an espagnolette window lock. The perfect choice for all Casement Windows

Architectural Window Handle

Modern contemporary window handle, designed to suite with the Architectural range of hardware
The Architectural Inline Locking Window Handle has a contemporary design to create a modern stylish window. The flush button has been ergonomically designed to become part of handles seamless design. The long sturdy lever gives you a practical handle for turning.
Designed with a heavy duty sprung latching wedge to create a positive click on closing, ensuring the window is locked and giving you peace of mind. This handle has key deadlocking for security and the key clicks into place when inserted and will remain in place when pivoting the lever

Universal Window and Door Restrictor

Add £25 to any door or window

Universal solution for windows and doors where a restricted opening is required. Ideally suited to homes with families and is compliant child resistant locking device for windows and balcony doors

Features

  • Classified in accordance with BS EN: 13126-1: 2011 (includes BS EN 13126-5) Grade 3 Impact Resistance, for building hardware restricted devices on windows and doors
  • Compliant child resistant locking device for windows and balcony doors in accordance with BS EN 16281: 2013
  • Suitable for domestic and commercial applications and for PVCu, Timber and Aluminium windows and doors.
  • Aesthetically designed push to open cable lock with cut key locking for security
  • Ergonomically developed for easy operation, push the button and simply insert the cable into lock body and turn the key
  • Available in White, Brown, Polished Gold and Polished Chrome

Technical

The Fab & Fix ‘Hardex’ finish is extremely resilient. The electro colour finishes are applied to every part of the elegant and conventionally styled furniture range, including the 2D adjustable flag hinge. Their Horizon multi-point door lock is operated by a UAP cylinder and cylinder guard
